SERVICES & FEES

  • Dr. Carbone provides assessment and intervention services at the California office location.  

  • Dr. Carbone's service model is private pay at the time of service.  This allows her to:

    • Spend more time with her clients;

    • Collaboratively make treatment decisions with her clients rather than receive directives from insurance companies or managed care organizations; and 

    • Utilize academic and learning interventions that are not covered by health care plans.

  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for educational and intervention services. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for assessment services or any service scheduled that is 2 hours or longer in duration.
